1. Purpose and current status

WriterDoge is a planned global short-story community with an original dog mascot wearing glasses and a scarf. It brings together fiction, reader discovery, seasonal contests and digital keepsakes. The project now has a public information website. No token, verified mint address, funded treasury, liquidity pool or NFT has been deployed. No contest, sale, airdrop or exchange listing is open. There is no affiliation with Dogecoin or Pepe; their names do not imply endorsement.

2. Stories and participation

Initial story submissions will be in English. Website and white-paper translations do not change the submission language. The current pilot design uses free submissions; token-paid entry is not enabled. Each season will publish its theme, eligibility, word limit, dates, judging criteria, plagiarism and AI-use policy, appeals process and prize terms before entries open. Jury awards and Reader’s Choice awards are separate. Holding more tokens must not improve jury scores. No submissions are currently accepted, including by email. A free skill-based writing pilot is the proposed first step; token ownership is not a condition of writer entry. Age and country eligibility, judging criteria, conflicts of interest, appeals, disqualification, tax handling and cancellation rules must be published before opening. Paid entry or random-draw mechanics require separate legal assessment.

3. Tokenomics v1.0

The adopted design is a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000,000 WriterDoge on Solana with 6 decimals. Initial liquidity receives 93.1%; a multisignature treasury receives 6.9%. The treasury breakdown below is included within that 6.9%, not added to it. Every percentage is measured against total supply. There is no separate personal or team allocation outside the treasury. Allocation is a plan, not proof of funded liquidity, a market valuation or exchange access.

4. Reward pool and seasonal distribution

The reward pool is 25,000,000,000 WriterDoge, or 2.5% of total supply, within the existing treasury. It does not increase supply. Before each season opens, publish its funded token budget, the Jury and Reader’s Choice allocations, number of winners, token amount per award, ties and cancellation rules, claim deadline and payment schedule. No season budget or prize split is fixed yet. Seasonal commitments must not exceed the uncommitted reward balance. Unallocated amounts remain in the pool; unclaimed or cancelled awards follow the published season rules. After distribution, publish transaction references and the remaining balance. Awards are stated in token units, with no guaranteed cash value. These unminted allocations are not a funded prize balance or an entitlement to an award. A season must not advertise funded rewards without verifiable funding.

Reward pool: 25 billion WriterDoge · 2.5% of total supply, included in the 6.9% treasury. Seasonal budgets and prize splits will be announced before each season. Future voting deposits remain separate. Planned allocation; not funded.

5. Future reader voting

A future Reader’s Choice mechanism is planned around a fixed, temporarily locked WriterDoge amount. The proposed rule is one verified participant, one vote; a larger deposit does not buy additional votes. Multiple wallets do not establish distinct people. The deposit is separate from the reward pool and is not spent on prizes. The design is to make the same token quantity withdrawable after voting; its market value may change and network fees may apply. There is no voting yield or reward for backing the winner. Deposit size, lock duration, verification, anti-bot controls, custody, cancellation and withdrawal recovery rules remain to be specified and tested before activation. Token voting is not live. This is research only; custody, withdrawal, crypto-service and contest implications remain unresolved. No deposit is accepted.

6. Treasury and accountability

The treasury target is a 3-of-5 multisignature arrangement. The planned five-person team and signing roles have not been published, and no treasury wallet exists yet. Publish verified addresses, signer responsibilities, spending permissions and reporting frequency before funding. Keep reward accounting separate from other treasury purposes. Any proposed reallocation must be disclosed before execution with its reason and effect on existing prize commitments. Token ownership does not automatically confer company ownership, profit share or treasury control.

7. Technical implementation

The token program, ticker, mint address, initial SOL liquidity, pool venue and LP custody or locking remain undecided. The adopted policy is no transfer tax, revocation of mint authority after the fixed supply is created, and revocation of freeze authority unless a documented need is disclosed. These are planned actions, not completed transactions. Solana authority revocation is permanent [1]. Any voting lock requires its own implementation and security review; an ordinary token transfer is not a voting system. Stories and moderation records may be stored off-chain. Never request a participant’s seed phrase or private key.

8. Seasonal collectibles

Seasonal NFTs are planned as limited commemorative awards. Edition size, recipients, artwork permissions, minting schedule and the policy on future editions will be stated before issuance. Owning an NFT does not transfer a story’s copyright unless an explicit licence says so. No resale value, royalties, liquidity or future demand is guaranteed. No collection is live.

9. Roadmap

Phase A: publish the project specification and translations; confirm the team and operating rules. Phase B: test English story submission, moderation, judging and award records in a pilot environment. Phase C: complete security and applicable jurisdictional review; disclose verified token settings, wallet addresses, treasury policy and liquidity arrangements before any launch. Phase D: open a season only after rules and any advertised prizes are ready; publish results and reward accounting. Phase E: consider token-locked reader voting and seasonal NFTs after separate testing and review. No dates, listings or market launches are promised.

10. Risks and participant rights

Tokens can lose all market value and may have no usable trading market. Wallet compromise, malicious links, configuration errors, contract vulnerabilities, network outages and irreversible transfers can cause loss; token locks add withdrawal and contract risk. Contests face plagiarism, coordinated voting and judging disputes. Publish a privacy notice, moderation and appeal process, and publication licence before accepting stories. Authors should retain their copyright except for rights expressly agreed in that licence. Participation restrictions, taxes and legal obligations require review for the actual countries and activities; this document does not establish legal compliance.

11. Open decisions and version control

Version 1.1 consolidates the adopted tokenomics, the reward reserve and the current contest direction; it replaces v1.0 and v0.2 as the current project specification. It is not a completed launch or regulated offering document. The legal entity, team identities, final entry conditions, season budgets, voting parameters, token addresses, launch date and operational policies remain pending. Publish material changes in a dated revision and do not silently change rules during an active season. Translations should track the same version; discrepancies should be corrected against the English reference. No investment return, redemption right, fixed value or guaranteed governance right is offered. Translation differences must be corrected; choosing an English reference does not waive local mandatory rights or liability. See the current English/Turkish edition instead of archived translations for new disclosures.

12. Regulatory scope and launch conditions

This website provides information about an unlaunched project. No sale, presale, purchase, wallet connection, custody service or token payment is available. Calling a project a community token, or stating that it is not investment advice, does not determine its legal classification or remove liability for misleading statements. Before token distribution, liquidity provision or token-locked voting, the actual issuer, operator, services and target countries must be reviewed by qualified counsel. Turkish crypto-asset service-provider rules, restrictions on using crypto assets in payments, consumer and contest rules, and EU MiCA obligations may apply depending on the activities and audience; no exemption is assumed. No regulatory approval is claimed. LP ownership, withdrawal powers, lock provider, expiry and emergency powers must be disclosed before launch. A liquidity lock or reward vesting cannot guarantee price stability, prevent every loss or provide legal immunity. No lock or vesting has been implemented or adopted. Any proposed reward vesting must be disclosed in the season rules before entry; existing prize terms must not be changed silently. Service-provider transfer waiting periods must not be described as a universal Solana transfer delay.

13. Website use, privacy and author rights

Current use is limited to reading public information. There is no registration, manuscript submission or wallet connection. The site stores the selected language in browser localStorage (writerdoge-lang); it can be removed in browser settings. The project source includes no advertising or analytics tracker. Hosting/CDN providers may process IP addresses and request/device logs. Voluntary email correspondence may contain sender details and message content and may involve overseas providers. The legal company name and registered contact address of the operator/data controller have not yet been verified for publication. Provider roles, processing purposes and legal bases, retention periods, recipients and international-transfer safeguards must also be confirmed. This interim transparency statement is not a completed KVKK/GDPR notice or a claim of compliance; the information gap requires prompt resolution even for current hosting and correspondence. No new collection service should open before its complete notice is available. Contact: writerdogehq@gmail.com for general enquiries or privacy concerns; do not send identity documents, sensitive data or manuscripts. Authors retain copyright. Publishing, translation and NFT use require separate, explicit permission covering scope, duration, territories and any compensation; merely reading the site or holding a token grants no content licence. Mandatory legal rights are not waived. Illustrations and team aliases are placeholders, not verified legal identities or appointed treasury signers.
